Jacqueline Bradley

Jacqueline Bradley makes sculptural, installation and performative objects using building materials, household items, clothing and outdoors equipment. Bradley takes found objects with clear functions related to the body and alters them to articulate a purpose that may not be physically viable in the real world; they become a metaphor for an experience.
Graduating from ANU School of Art in 2007, Jacqueline has exhibited across Australia, the UK and Canada, been finalist in significant contemporary art prizes including the Qantas Spirit of Youth Awards, received funding for a range of exhibitions and residencies, and shown in numerous curated exhibitions including Futurotextiles 12/14, which recently toured Europe.
